Is it me or is the time flying by.  We are well into Veguary 2026 and I have to say, you guys are doing great!  I have heard from so many of you about your triumphs and your challenges.  I am so proud to be leading the charge for you to become more aware of a plant-based lifestyle.  So no more talking, let's get into this week.
