Banana Cream Pie Overnight Oats

You can eat these hot or cold. Hopefully you can sleep, knowing you've got this waiting for you in the morning. Super easy and super delicious!





½ cup plain nondairy yogurt

½ cup rolled oats

1/3 cup unsweetened nondairy milk (soy, rice, hemp...etc.)

½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1-2 tablespoons agave nectar

1 medium ripe banana (chopped or mashed)





1. In a shallow bowl, mix all of the ingredients (except plain yogurt and half banana) together.

2. Take 12 ounce mason jar and spoon some of the mixture on the bottom of the jar. Now add a dollop of yogurt and banana. Repeat this combination until done.

3. Place lid securely on jar and place in refrigerator overnight.

In the morning, you have a delicious, protein packed breakfast. ENJOY!!
