It's October and yes, you guessed it pumpkin everything is back, and I am here for it. Check out this easy yet packed full of flavor drink to get you in the mood for fall and the upcoming holiday season.
Serving Size 2
2 cups of your favorite non dairy milk (I love soy for this because it's creamier)
1 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
1 - 2 tablespoons of organic brown sugar
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
Coconut whipped cream for topping or you can use a non dairy whipped topping
In a medium saucepan, over medium heat, combine milk, pumpkin puree, brown sugar and pumpkin spice.
Stir until well combined and bring to a light boil.
Pour contents into your favorite mugs (be careful it's hot)
Top your drinks with the nondairy whipped topping and sprinkle with a little pumpkin spice on the top.
Drink Responsibly - these things are good, LOL.
