NATIONAL CHIP AND DIP DAY

Is there anything left to say? Who doesn't like a good chip and dip fest while watching a good movie or while surfing the net on your phone, I know I do. So in honor of National Chip and Dip Day, here's a quick and easy dip recipe that is sure to satisfy.



1 cup of vegan sour cream (store bought or homemade)

2 tablespoons dried minced onion

1 teaspoon of onion powder

1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder

Salt to taste

Parsley (dried or freshly chopped)


In a medium mixing bowl, add sour cream, dried onion, onion powder, and garlic powder.

Mix together and add salt to adjust taste to your desired level, now add parsley. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the onions to soften. Enjoy with your favorite chips or crackers.
