Recipe: In skillet, heat oil over medium heat add chickpeas and chipotle spice and sauté for 4-6 minutes. In small bowl or blender mix avocado, cilantro and mayo until creamy smooth. Assemble wraps, add lettuce, ½ cup chickpeas, red onions to middle of the wrap. Add avocado dressing and fold sides in and roll wrap tight.
