What to expect and why plant-based?

​Over the next 4 weeks each day will be a new adventure.  Some days will focus on foods you can swap, handouts you can download to your computer, phone or print for reference, easy recipes, and more.  All the days for the week will be posted that Monday, so you can either skim through the entire week at once or come back every day to see what is in store for that day.  I made each day user friendly and easy to navigate.  What's so special about being plant-based?

No matter if you are new to this or need a refresher, let's walk through how you can transform your kitchen to be more plant-based.  It might be a little overwhelming but you got this.  With a few changes and exchanges here and there you will be able to say you made the transition.  I want you to click here to download the easy guide on how to transform your kitchen.
